Hey friends! If you read my last post, you know it’s been a bit of a whirlwind lately. I’ve been working through some very unexpected, and honestly pretty challenging, side effects from COVID. Taking the past few months offline for my health has given me the space to reflect deeply on how I want to move forward with Hyperspective Health. So today, I’d love to share some of my intentions as I continue healing, a few updates I’ve made to the website, and what you can expect from me in the months ahead.

My Intentions for Hyperspective Health
One of the changes I’m making is to bring Hyperspective Health back to its roots as a wellness blog, now with a deeper focus on holistic wellness and healing. My intention is to create a space that feels empowering and authentic—a space where I can share my wellness journey with you in a way that’s true to this season of my life, while also offering something meaningful to you. Right now, my focus is on slowing down, focusing on healing my nervous system, and embracing a gentler approach to wellness.
Some of the more personal insights and reflections will stay within our close-knit newsletter community, where it feels a bit more private. So if you haven’t joined yet, I’d love to welcome you there—just follow the link here!

Saying Goodbye to the Green Upgrade
You may have noticed that The Green Upgrade eBook bundle is no longer available on the website. Deciding to let it go wasn’t easy—I poured so much heart and soul into that program—but right now, I feel like this change is creating space for something new, something that aligns with where I am today and where I can bring you the most value. I’m working on something special, and I can’t wait to share more when the time feels right.

What to Expect Moving Forward
As I realign Hyperspective Health, I’ll be documenting more of my healing journey, sharing the lessons I’m learning, the wellness brands, products, and practices I’m exploring, and introducing you to the wonderful people supporting me along the way.
With each post, my hope is to offer something valuable—a practical wellness tip, a helpful tool, a dose of inspiration, or perhaps a gentle reminder that you’re not alone. More than anything, I want Hyperspective Health to be a space where we’re learning, growing, and healing together, step by step, as we each find what feels right for us.
Hyperspective Health: A Realm of Wellness for Every Step
Hyperspective Health isn’t just about reaching an end goal of optimal health; it’s here to support every phase of the journey—the challenges, the breakthroughs, the struggles, the transformations, and everything in between.
As I navigate this new chapter, I’m reminded of why I created Hyperspective Health in the first place: to inspire, empower, and motivate us all to heal and grow in ways that feel true to who we are. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s about staying curious, trying new things, and following our unique path—even if it looks a little different from the norm.
I hope this space continues to be a source of inspiration and support, no matter where you are on your journey.

Embracing a New Chapter
This isn’t about stepping back—it’s about fully stepping into a new chapter of my wellness journey and business pursuits. I feel a renewed sense of purpose and energy, and I’m committed to using this experience as a catalyst for growth. This season of healing is pushing me to evolve and dive even deeper, and I’m optimistic about the path ahead.

Here’s to embracing change, focusing on being our best selves, and moving forward with intention and grace.

Xo, Chelsea
