With a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness, her mission is to guide you towards your own awakening, healing, and personal transformation. Meet the Founder of Hyperspective Health

To better serve people walking a similar path, she dedicated time and energy to expanding her knowledge and expertise. She became a 200HR certified yoga teacher, completed a comprehensive health coaching training program through Duke Integrative Medicine, achieved National Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach, and completed a plant-based nutrition certification program through Cornell University.

Through her diligent pursuits, she developed The Green Upgrade eBook bundle—a valuable resource that shares her wisdom on nurturing oneself from the inside out using plant-based practices and holistic principles.

Chelsea's guiding ethos is deeply rooted in her own profound transformation. With kindness and compassion, she serve's as a guiding light for those on a similar path, supporting you in your quest for awakening, healing, and personal transformation. Through her blog, resources, and empathetic guidance, Chelsea empowers you to take charge of your health, embrace holistic well-being, pursue a journey of self-discovery, and tap into your higher-self.

Chelsea is happily married to her soulmate, Josh, and together they have two incredible children and a beloved fur baby named Lucius. They reside in a serene location just outside of Nashville, TN.

Chelsea's journey started in the world of professional modeling, where she had the privilege of working with esteemed brands including Betsey Johnson, The Four Seasons, and The Body Holiday, just to name a few. Her modeling experience not only brought her success but also instilled in her a deep understanding of the significance of whole body health, self-care, self-acceptance, and creative expression.

Amidst her success, she faced a series of health challenges. She experienced a prolonged struggle with digestive issues and relied heavily on medication to alleviate chronic stomach inflammation. Yet, the most devastating blow came with the heartbreaking loss of her mother, plunging her into an emotional rock bottom. It was during this dark period that she realized the ultimate truth—the only person who could truly advocate for her own health and well-being was her.

In search of deep healing and a new direction, Chelsea went on a soul-nourishing 7-day wellness retreat to Bali—a journey that would forever change her trajectory. Within the peaceful environment, a profound awakening occurred, birthing the vision of Hyperspective Health.

Inspired by her personal journey of self-discovery, she committed herself to a global pursuit of healing, holistic wellness, and whole-body health. It was during this transformative period that her desire to support and help people facing similar challenges became crystal clear.

Ask Chelsea

What certifications do you have?  

I am a 200hr certified yoga teacher through Empower School of Yoga in Nashville TN, now known as Baptiste Power Yoga Nashville. I completed my health and wellness coaching training through Duke Integrative Medicine. I completed a course on Medical Cannabis: The Health Effects of THC and CBD Specialization through UC Boulder, I am certified as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through NBHWC, and I completed a plant-based nutrition certification program at T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies through eCornell. 

Why did you go plant-based/Vegan? 

I could share so much around this question but the short answer is for improved health, for animals, and for the environment. Going vegan, in addition to incorporating a more holistic lifestyle, completely transformed my health and healed my chronic stomach inflammation.

Where did you go to college?

I went to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and California State University, Los Angeles. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors in Communications.

Born and raised in Nashville, TN.

Biggest piece of advice you can give to someone just starting out on their health journey? 

Go slow. Have fun. Believe in yourself, listen to your intuition, protect your energy, and trust the journey. Prioritize your inner peace. Prioritize sleep. Stay curious.
