Are you ready to get stronger? I know I am. In this blog post, I’m sharing the exact workout I’m doing every day this week. I would love for you to join me! I did a plank challenge in my instagram stories a few weeks ago and you guys loved it. I’m feeling really inspired to share more of my workouts with you guys so that we can get strong together. Please note that I am not a certified personal trainer. Also, the information I provide is not intended as medical advice. As always, check with your healthcare professional/trainer before you try anything new. This workout is an easy-moderate level workout routine. Please listen to your body and if at any point you get tired or ANYTHING hurts, please stop immediately.
MIND-BODY FITNESS ROUTINE
Meditation
Start your fitness routine with a short meditation. I love the insight timer app for this. It really helps me get in a healthy headspace before moving my body.
Circuit Training Full-Body Workout
Plank, hold for one minute
Push ups, on knees, 15
Squats, 25
Punch right, punch left, 25
Front kick right side and left side in motion, 25
Bicycle abs, 50
Straight-leg donkey kick, right side, 30
Straight-leg donkey kick, left side, 30
Glute Bridge, 25
Bridge hold (5 seconds), 5
REPEAT THE SERIES 3 X
Cool Down
Stretch + Savasana, 15 minutes
There you have it, that’s my workout for the week! You can do it a few days or every day, totally up to you. Listen to your body, listen to your intuition, do the best you can, and HAVE FUN. I’m excited for us to workout together!
